If you receive merchandise that is broken or faulty in some manner, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will either replace it or provide you with a full refund once it is returned.

If you need to return your merchandise, please include an explanation of the default in your package along with your original receipt and/or packing slip.  Shipping is the expense of the buyer.

After Trade for Freedom receives your merchandise and verifies the default, we will credit your account within 30 days – excluding delivery charges.
